Another landmark has been achieved by United Consult Plc, located in Budapest. This prominent player in the Hungarian IT services sector celebrates its 25th anniversary next year, and from January 1, 2025, it will operate as a group of companies owning four subsidiaries.
Over the past 25 years, United Consult Plc has successfully completed IT projects for various industries, including telecommunications, finance, health, information technology, and energy. The company employs nearly 350 professionals and has consistently expanded its services. As of 2023, it has become a key consultant for Salesforce, the leading CRM solutions provider in the US, in Central Europe. Additionally, United Consult partners with Microsoft and Cloudera to offer customers the latest in big data, analytics, and artificial intelligence solutions.
Their IT innovation businesses — including cybersecurity, software development, and testing — collaborate with major international companies that hold significant market shares in the oil, telecommunications, banking, and financial sectors. The dynamic growth and maturity of these business fields will allow them to operate as independent companies within the group starting in 2025.
United Consult restructures its Salesforce and Big Data divisions into separate private limited companies. Meanwhile, its incubation areas — cybersecurity, software development, and testing — will be managed under UC Innovation Ltd. As a result, the group establishes three new companies, all of which will be owned by United Consult Plc, in addition to its existing recruitment subsidiary, UC Hire Lab Ltd:
"The organizational modernization, driven by extensive planning and strategy development, aims creating a sustainable operating model based on our collective experience. This transformation enables us to respond more swiftly and creatively to market challenges, understand more deeply the evolving needs of our customers, while staying true to our shared values and strategic goals. Our recently established subsidiaries will focus their expertise exclusively on their respective business areas, contributing to the overall growth of the group. With this corporate change, we seek to continue delivering innovative solutions and exceptional services to our clients,"
said Roland Gertner, CEO of United Consult Group.
