Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and align business requirements.
• Develop and review System Requirement Specifications (SRS), ensuring comprehensive documentation.
• Conduct IT tests, including acceptance and integration tests (e.g., smoke tests in development environments).
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), go-live preparations, and deployment activities.
• Manage development processes, including coordinating phased delivery and ensuring milestones align with business and IT objectives.
• Design high-level and detailed functional and architectural IT solutions, focusing on interfaces, data flows, and mappings.
• Validate delivered solutions through test protocols and provide necessary sign-offs.
• Oversee non-functional requirements, such as security and performance testing.
• Organize and facilitate "war rooms" to address critical blocking issues.
• Actively participate in solution reviews, showcasing IT aspects.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise post-deployment babysitting phases.
• Provide IT-related input to project management, including dependencies and resource planning.
• Maintain detailed timesheets and reports on task completion and resource allocation.

Technologies / Skills

• Ability to start no later than early January 2025.
• Minimum of 5 years of banking experience.
• Senior/expert-level knowledge with proven application of best practices.
• Proficiency in microservices architecture.
• Strong technical expertise in Cloud (preferably AWS) and Kafka.
• Fluent, professional-level English communication skills (written and verbal) for documentation and collaboration in an international environment.
• Confidence in using Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• Proactive attitude, independent problem-solving abilities, and escalation when needed.

Advantages

• Familiarity with Thought Machine Vault systems; certification is a strong plus.
• Intermediate level of Polish.
