Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, and schedules tailored to banking systems.
  • Define test scopes, objectives, and success criteria in alignment with project goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure test requirements meet regulatory and business needs.
  • Lead and manage a team of testers, allocating resources efficiently across projects.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for specialized testing services when needed.
  • Oversee functional, non-functional, performance, regression, reconciliation and integration testing activities.
  • Track testing progress, identifying risks and issues, and report findings to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to resolve defects.
  • Ensure all testing complies with banking regulations and industry standards.
  • Drive continuous improvements in testing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.

Technologies / Skills

  • Over 5 years of experience in software testing, including at least 3 years as a Test Manager in the banking, financial services, or telecommunications sector.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with performance testing tools, and defect management platforms.
  • Strong capability to analyze and interpret complex data, ensuring the effective application of both business and technical requirements throughout the testing lifecycle.
  • Fluent English at a professional level.

Advantages
