The client / the project

We are looking for a highly driven Solution Sales Representative to join our Innovation team, marking a key milestone in expanding our business development capabilities.
In this newly created role, you will not only focus on driving sales of our IT services — with a strong emphasis on software development, testing & QA, and cybersecurity solutions — but also act as a catalyst in building and expanding our sales pipeline.
We expect you to actively leverage your own professional network, approach prospects proactively, and become a driving force in generating and converting high-quality leads into long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate new business opportunities, with a strong emphasis on leveraging and expanding your own professional network.
  • Identify, approach, and build relationships with prospective clients in IT services (software development, QA, cybersecurity) to drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Take ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle — from prospecting and qualification to proposal development, demo presentations, negotiation, and closing.
  • Act as a key driver in building, managing, and growing the sales pipeline, ensuring a constant flow of qualified opportunities.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, key account management, and technical teams to shape tailored solutions based on client needs.
  • Develop and nurture long-term client relationships through consistent communication, consultation, and post-sales follow-up.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity, contribute your own ideas, and actively support business development strategies, campaign planning, and proposal creation.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, ensuring timely and professional follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate reporting in the CRM system to support forecasting and strategic decision-making.
  • Leverage a strong understanding of the full service and product portfolio to identify cross-selling opportunities and effectively communicate value to clients.

Technologies / Skills

  • University degree, preferably in business or IT-related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT solution sales in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record in proactively building and converting a sales pipeline.
  • Demonstrated success in using personal and professional networks to generate new business opportunities.
  • Solid understanding of software development, testing/QA, and cybersecurity.
  • Proven track record in project and service-based sales.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset with the ability to operate independently.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Advantages
