Responsibilities

• Participate in the complete redesign of a complex IT architecture consisting of 250+ systems, primarily developed in-house using a microservices approach.
• Design, decompose, and standardize specific domains within this architecture.
• Plan solutions delivered by Scrum teams and integrate them into the broader microservices architecture.
• Introduce and implement new solutions.
• Collaborate with domain and solution architects as well as business analysts.
• Create detailed system documentation, solution designs, and sequence diagrams.

Technologies / Skills

• At least 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong experience with programming languages and frameworks, including JavaScript, Node.js, Java, and frontend frameworks such as Angular and Vue, as well as backend frameworks like NestJS and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in database technologies (MySQL, MSSQL, MongoDB).
• Hands-on experience working in microservices-based, containerized environments (Docker or OpenShift).
• Ability to understand complex business and architectural challenges.
• Knowledge and experience in API-first design and development processes.
• A team player with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with gRPC, GraphQL, and event-driven integration solutions.
• Strong big-picture experience is essential, with the ability to see beyond individual components and grasp the full architecture.
