The client / the project

An experienced Product Owner with a strong background in business analysis and a keen understanding of business processes. This individual excels at bridging the gap between IT and business, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. With a strategic mindset and an analytical approach, they identify business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and guide the development team to deliver value-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Management: Expert at engaging with stakeholders at all levels, understanding their needs, and managing expectations to ensure project alignment and satisfaction.
• Prioritization: Adept at backlog management and prioritization, balancing business value, technical feasibility, and stakeholder demands to maximize product impact.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, able to quickly identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, facilitating clear and effective information flow between business and technical teams.
• Leadership: Demonstrates strong leadership qualities, motivating and guiding cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality products.
• Customer Focus: Maintains a customer-centric approach, ensuring that the product delivers real value and meets user needs.
• Collaboration with developers and engineers.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilizes data and analytics to inform decisions, track progress.
