Responsibilities

• Lead the development and optimization of high-level Power BI processes, ensuring robust architecture and workflows that align with organizational objectives.
• Establish and enforce governance frameworks for Power BI to promote data integrity, consistency, and efficiency across the organization.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior and medior team members, fostering their growth and skill development.
• Collaborate closely with the team leader to shape strategic decisions and implement structural improvements within the Power BI environment.
• Design and implement scalable solutions that integrate with the broader tech ecosystem, ensuring alignment with best practices in data analytics and reporting.
• Leverage advanced knowledge of Power BI and related tools to troubleshoot, innovate, and enhance platform performance.

Technologies / Skills

• A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with Power BI, showcasing a proven ability to design and implement processes, governance frameworks, and solutions.
• Advanced expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, report creation, and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation.
• Familiarity with DevOps principles to support streamlined development and deployment processes.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams and mentor team members.
• Proficient English skills, both written and verbal.
• A strong quality-focused mindset, with the ability to implement and uphold rigorous quality assurance processes.
