Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient ETL/ELT processes to support data integration and transformation.
  • Create and optimize data warehouse structures, including data marts, to ensure accurate and timely reporting and analytics.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, including interactive reports and dashboards tailored to business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements, define technical solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Perform data profiling, quality assurance, and performance optimization to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex data and ETL/ELT issues, ensuring minimal disruption to data pipelines and reporting systems.
  • Document technical specifications, workflows, and procedures to support knowledge transfer and ongoing system maintenance.

Technologies / Skills

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse (BI & DWH) development.
  • Proven expertise in ETL/ELT development, particularly using Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) or similar tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL, with a preference for T-SQL, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and optimization techniques.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling principles, including star and snowflake schemas.
  • Proficiency in developing BI reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring precision in data and processes.
