Responsibilities

  • Participate in the management and development of corporate data warehouse and data mart structures.
  • Understanding, analyzing, and supporting existing Data Vault models.
  • Managing and maintaining star schemas, FACT and DIM tables, and utilizing dimensional modeling techniques.
  • Using ANSI SQL commands for data queries and modifications, as well as for maintenance and optimization purposes.
  • Applying DBT (data build tool) to develop data transformations, particularly for SCD1, SCD2, FACT, and hierarchical structure loading.
  • Designing and managing automated data transformations and workflows using Apache Airflow.
  • Providing professional support for projects related to data management.

Technologies / Skills

  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Confident SQL skills and experience in database management.
  • A degree in IT, engineering, mathematics, or physics (minimum BSc).
  • Experience with data transformation tools (e.g., DBT).
  • Knowledge of workflow automation and data mart systems.
  • Experience with modern cloud-based platforms (preferred: Google Cloud Platform).
  • Ability to manage and develop complex data models.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills.
