The client / the project

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented International Sales Executive to lead and accelerate our international expansion in the DACH region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and opening opportunities in the medium and enterprise markets across multiple domains of IT. This role involves significant collaboration with cross-functional teams to execute on global sales strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Market Expansion: Identify, target, and establish new international markets for our big data, CRM, cybersecurity and body leasing domains, aligning with global expansion strategies.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Generate new leads, build a pipeline, and actively prospect to uncover new sales opportunities in international markets.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to create and implement sales strategies tailored to specific international markets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target markets.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and domain teams to ensure tailored approaches for international prospects and successful market entry.

Technologies / Skills

  • Experience: 8+ years of sales experience with focus on medium and enterprise market segments in the DACH region.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers in diverse cultures.
  • Cultural Awareness: Strong understanding of international markets, cultural differences, and how to navigate cross-cultural sales dynamics.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving growth in international markets.
  • Self-Motivated: Highly independent with the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
