Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading the design efforts of transformation projects – mainly finance related area processes affected (retail billing, telco billing, payment and collection, accounting/GL processes from initiation through detailed design
• Analyzing business requests from different areas (finance, commercial, regulatory, legal, IT sec and core IT) regarding the impacted areas processes/products/functions
• Project setup and management during early stages of projects, leading IT team through high level design phase
• Creating different level specifications: functional requirement specifications, feasibility studies covering IT system and business process developments, migration specifications
• Supporting the projects during the design, implementation, testing and cutover/migration
• Building efficient cooperation between the impacted areas
• Proactively shape/drive business demands
• Synthesize the summaries of detailed level discussions between different organization units, incorporate them to the necessary documentations, decision materials, analyses
• Supporting the involved experts on resolving business issues

Technologies / Skills

• 3+ years experience with information systems, IT project development, process development, preferably but not necessarily within Telco industry
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Hungarian.
• Knowledge of Telco industry related processes, functions, products and trends (billing, payment processes and channels, collection, digital and classic non-digital also, B2C, SMB and B2B segments) is a strong advantage
• MS Office proficiency, especially: Excel (advanced level using pivots, formulas/functions), Word (content creation, track changes, versioning), PowerPoint (visualization), Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneNote, Power BI (user level)
• Familiarity with: ARIS, Visio, Confluence, Miro, Jira
• Understanding of IT system architecture concepts.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for conflict resolution and consensus building.
• Results-driven and focused mindset.
• Ability to manage a heavy workload effectively.

Advantages
