The client / the project

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Architect to design and implement secure enterprise architecture solutions. This role is critical in ensuring our clients’ infrastructure to be robust, scalable, and protected against cyber threats.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the development of services and processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and integration patterns.
• Maintain contact with the client through both in-person and remote meetings.
• Assess the efficiency of existing processes and procedure and identify potential opportunities for process improvements.
• Control and monitor the fulfilment of the technology security requirements and policies on target systems.
• Design and develop comprehensive enterprise cybersecurity architectures.
• Integrate security measures across all levels of the enterprise architecture stack.
• Perform initial security assessments to identify and isolate capabilities by threat level.
• Implement and manage security controls and measures.
• Ensure the security architecture aligns with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with IT and business units, management to integrate security policies and procedures.

Technologies / Skills

• Minimum 2 years professional experience in Cybersecurity Architect position (with the above-mentioned roles and responsibilities).
• AND (minimum 5 years professional experience in cybersecurity OR enterprise architecture role).
• Proven experience in enterprise architecture with a focus on cybersecurity.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks (eg. NIST).
• Proficiency in designing security controls for various platforms including cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
• Experience with security technologies such as next-generation firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and endpoint protection.
• Expertise in network security, identity and access management, and data protection.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to design modular and scalable security solutions.
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Hungarian.
• Precise documentation skill.

Advantages

• Experience with security automation and orchestration is an advantage.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices is an advantage.
• CISSP, CISM, CISA, OSCP certifications are advantages.
