Responsibilities

  • Designing, implementing, and documenting developments and enhancements for SAP systems using ABAP.
  • Collaborating with functional consultants and business users to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Participating in the full development lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Performing development tasks across various SAP modules (e.g. FI/CO, MM, SD, PM, HR).
  • Optimizing code, improving performance, and fixing bugs in existing programs.
  • Developing SAP interfaces, including BAPIs, IDocs, OData services, and RFCs.
  • Working in SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori/UI5 environments (if applicable).
  • Adhering to technical specifications, development standards, and best practices.

Technologies / Skills

  • 3–8 years of experience as an SAP ABAP Developer.
  • Strong knowledge of ABAP OO and classical ABAP programming.
  • Experience in developing SAP interfaces (IDoc, BAPI, RFC, OData).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and system-level thinking.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills in an international environment.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Advantages

  • Experience in SAP S/4HANA or SAP Fiori/UI5 development.
  • Knowledge of SAP Workflow, Adobe Forms, and CDS Views.
  • Experience with ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP).
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Solution Manager).
  • Experience working in an agile development environment (Scrum / Kanban).
