The client / the project

We are looking for ambitious and motivated Data Scientists to join our growing team. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and problem-solving skills with business acumen, and can work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, international environment. Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and validate machine learning models and statistical algorithms to support business needs.
• Analyze large datasets using Python, SQL, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., PySpark, Databricks).
• Translate business challenges into data-driven solutions and present insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable way.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, product managers, and business analysts, to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and reproducibility throughout the data science workflow.
• Contribute to the automation and deployment of models in production, leveraging DevOps best practices.

Technologies / Skills

• Proficiency in Python (preferably within a Databricks environment) and SQL.
• Experience with PySpark or Scala for large-scale data processing.
• Solid knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, Keras, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD and model deployment.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret complex data into business insights.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in diverse, international teams.
• You are confident in using English in writing and speaking.
