Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to service requests, equipment issues, and maintenance scheduling
  • Coordinate with field service engineers and external customers about FSE dispatch to ensure timely resolution of service calls
  • End-to-end case management (creation, remote transfer, tracking, closure)
  • Monitoring and closely following up down systems and hot issues until resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction by efficient planning of field operations (smart dispatch) and timely resolution of customer issues
  • Manage Field Modification Instructions (FMI), Preventive maintenances (PM), Installations, Option & Upgrades (O&U), helium refill operations from service / FSE dispatch stand-point
  • Create ODS (On Demand Service) quotes and manage billing with the coordination of the service sales team
  • Provide support for timely resolution of customer invoicing disputes in coordination with service teams
  • Monitor service KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Technologies / Skills

  • Experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in healthcare or technical support
  • Experience in CRM and service management platforms (e.g. Salesforce, ServiceMax, Oracle)
  • Experience working in multinational, matrixed work environment
  • Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills in both Hungarian and English
  • High attention to detail, ability to carry out administrative and reporting tasks with high precision
  • Supportive team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
  • MS Office knowledge
