Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and align stakeholders across Finance, Business Owners, SMEs, and Delivery Managers to ensure smooth collaboration and clarity of priorities.
  • Ensure business needs are clearly defined, documented, and translated into actionable requirements.
  • Track and monitor finance team deliverables, ensuring timely progress, risk identification, and issue resolution.
  • Lead the breakdown of high-level business requirements into actionable features and capabilities.
  • Support Finance and cross-functional teams in refining features, validating requirements, and preparing for delivery.
  • Drive handover of business requirements, dependencies, and documentation to Technical Delivery Managers for execution.
  • Ensure acceptance of completed deliverables, verifying they meet business expectations.
  • Tracking finance deliverables and ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Accept completed epics after UAT, jointly with the BO, ensuring meeting business expectations.

Technologies / Skills

  • Strong ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and align their work towards common goals.
  • Experience in requirements engineering, capability refinement, and feature breakdown.
  • Proven ability to track progress and keep delivery momentum without losing focus on detail.
  • Clear communicator, capable of engaging both business and technical audiences.
  • Proactive in identifying risks, dependencies, and ensuring follow-through.

Advantages

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or Finance.
  • SQL, database knowledge is an advantage
  • Experience in the telecommunications sector.
