The client / the project

We are looking for our first Solution Sales Representative to join our Innovation team, marking a key step in expanding our business development capabilities. This newly created role will focus on driving sales of our IT services, with a strong emphasis on software development, testing & QA, and cybersecurity solutions. The ideal candidate will play a strategic role in identifying opportunities, shaping tailored solutions, and building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with both existing and prospective clients in the field of IT services (primarily software development, QA, and cybersecurity) to drive revenue growth.
  • Drive sales of both services and products, aligning offerings with client needs.
  • Initiate and manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, demo presentations, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Collaborate closely with pre-sales, key account management, and technical teams to assess client needs and deliver customized IT solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring ongoing communication, consultation, and post-sales follow-up.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies and support campaign planning and proposal creation.
  • Lead and support lead generation efforts and marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting in the CRM system.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities, and ensure timely follow-ups with potential leads and partners.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the full service and product portfolio to identify cross-selling opportunities and effectively communicate value to clients.

Technologies / Skills

  • University degree, preferably in business or IT-related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT solution sales in a B2B environment.
  • Solid understanding of software development, testing/QA, and cybersecurity.
  • Proven track record in project and service-based sales.
  • Experience in planning, executing, and tracking sales or marketing campaigns.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Advantages

  • Technical background (e.g., familiarity with development methodologies or cybersecurity fundamentals).
