Responsibilities

  • Developing the testing strategy, preparing the related documentation, and presenting it to the project team
  • Organizing the testing team, allocating tasks, coordinating the team, and providing professional oversight
  • Coordinating the entire testing process during test execution of development phases, creating reports, handling issues, and executing necessary escalations
  • Maintaining communication and coordination with related departments such as environment operations, developers, system experts, configuration teams, and other parallel projects

Technologies / Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of testing methodologies and tools
  • Experience in large-scale enterprise projects
  • Excellent analytical skills, structured thinking, and precision
  • Strong problem-solving and initiative-taking abilities, project-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent business English, both spoken and written

Advantages

  • Experience in the telecommunications sector
  • Knowledge of JIRA and its testing modules
  • Experience with KAFKA
  • Experience in integration testing
  • Experience in test automation
  • Higher education degree in a relevant field (economics or engineering)
