The client / the project

We are looking for an experienced Data Project Manager to lead financial software development and implementation projects. The ideal candidate has a strong background in project delivery within the financial sector, excellent communication skills, and a track record of managing cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Leading software development projects from planning through execution, particularly within the financial or governmental sectors
  • Coordinating cross-selling platform implementations used by personal banking advisors in partnership with financial institutions
  • Overseeing the development and rollout of deposit sales support software
  • Managing communication between internal teams and external partners
  • Ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality implementation
  • Contributing to strategy and execution of sales platform and product integration
  • Hybrid setup: 3 days/week in the office, 2 days/week home office

Technologies / Skills

  • Strong project management experience
  • Experience in the financial sector (banks, lending institutions)
  • Communication skills in English (written and spoken, business level)
  • Experience with one or more of the following:
  • Government sector projects (e.g., e-ingatlan or similar public digital projects)
  • Knowledge of loan products (e.g., mortgages, personal loans)
  • Experience with cross-selling platforms
  • LTP (home savings) product knowledge
