The client / the project

Are you passionate about data architecture and experienced with complex HR systems? We are looking for a Data Architect specialized in HR to join our team and help us design, integrate, and manage data flows and structures that power our HR processes across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain data models related to employee master data, benefits, org structures, and more.
  • Ensure smooth data integration across platforms (e.g., SAP → Snowflake → Power BI).
  • Define and implement data quality, governance, and privacy standards (e.g., role-based access, GDPR compliance).
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and analytics teams to support HR reporting and compliance needs.
  • Support system migrations, HR analytics solutions, and third-party tool integrations (e.g., background checks, risk screening tools).

Technologies / Skills

  • Understanding of key HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, internal mobility, payroll, benefits, performance management, time tracking, and compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more HR platforms: SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, Cornerstone, ADP, BambooHR, etc.
  • Familiarity with how these systems store data and integrate via APIs and interfaces.
  • Data modeling and master data management for HR-related domains.
  • Experience with data integration pipelines and tools.
  • Knowledge of data quality, cleansing, and governance best practices.
  • Comfortable implementing privacy and access control standards.
