The client / the project

Our partner is developing an innovative new product in the field of e-government, and they are getting ready to launch their pilot version. With a solid foundation already in place — including a design system and visual identity — the project is gaining momentum after a year of focused development.

As they continue to roll out new features and expand the product’s capabilities, we’re looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join the team. Responsibilities

• Design and deliver user-centered solutions that are both functional and visually compelling
• Translate insights from UX research into wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and UX Researchers throughout the design process
• Help evolve and maintain the Design System, ensuring consistency across a modular, multi-feature product
• Apply responsive design best practices to create accessible and adaptable interfaces
• Present and explain your ideas with clarity, incorporating feedback and iterating based on testing and stakeholder input
• Advocate for UX principles and maintain a user-first mindset across every phase of the project
• Contribute to the long-term vision of the product by identifying usability improvements and new opportunities

Technologies / Skills

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience designing digital products, preferably in complex or public-facing systems
• Strong UI design skills with attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility
• Proficiency in Figma
• Experience building and working within a scalable Design System
• Ability to create clean, thoughtful wireframes and design documentation
• Strong communication and teamwork skills — especially working with BA teams and UX Researchers
• Comfortable working in dynamic, evolving projects with multiple modules and use cases
• A solid foundation in UX best practices and user-centered thinking
