Responsibilities

  • Project Management: support effective team setup, ensure on time delivery, risk management
  • Agile Facilitation: Guide the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values
  • Servant Leadership: Support and serve the team, helping to remove impediments to the team's progress
  • Sprint Planning: Facilitate sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings
  • Continuous Improvement: Promote continuous improvement and ensure the team produces high-quality work
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between the team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication
  • Team Health: Monitor team dynamics and foster a positive and collaborative environment
  • Process Adherence: Ensure the team follows agreed-upon processes and practices, and suggest improvements
  • Backlog Management: Aid in maintaining the product backlog with the product owner, ensuring clarity and prioritization
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track and communicate team velocity and sprint progress to all affected teams and management

Technologies / Skills

  • 2+ years experience as Project Manager
  • 1+ years experience as Scrum Master
  • Experience in Data developments
  • Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
  • Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and leadership skills
  • Fluent English language skills
