The client / the project

We would like to expand our team with a Test Automation Engineer colleague for a project with one of our partners in the banking sector.

Responsibilities

• Automated Test Development: Designing, developing, and maintaining automated tests (functional, regression, performance).
• Test Frameworks & Strategy: Selecting, configuring, and implementing test frameworks; defining automation strategy based on application architecture and business needs.
• Testing Process Optimization: Enhancing methodologies, improving efficiency, and ensuring effective resource utilization.
• Defect Identification & Reporting: Detecting, documenting, and reporting bugs; analyzing test results and preparing reports for developers and management.
• Performance & Usability Testing: Evaluating system behavior under load (Load/Stress Testing) and assessing user experience.
• Collaboration & Communication: Working with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure software quality.
• Technology: Selenium and Appium, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, REST and SOAP API testing; Azure DevOps

Technologies / Skills

• At least 4 years of experience in test automation or software development, especially with test automation frameworks.
• Skills and experience with the following testing tools and frameworks: Selenium, Appium, JUnit, Cucumber, REST, SOAP API
• Good problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Quality Assurance tools, BDD and automation.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Quality Assurance tools, BDD and automation.
• Hands-on experience in automated testing with Java.
