Responsibilities

  • Ensure the quality assurance and continuous improvement of Power BI data models and reports.
  • Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of data models to ensure accuracy, performance, and alignment with organizational standards.
  • Review and standardize report design, focusing on aesthetics, functionality, and user-friendliness.
  • Lead and support Power BI training sessions for developers and business users, fostering a culture of skill development and best practices.
  • Contribute to documentation, governance initiatives, and administrative tasks to enhance consistency and adherence to established standards.
  • Act as a versatile team member by providing backup support for various QA tasks and assisting in team activities as needed.

Technologies / Skills

  • 3+ years of Power BI development experience, including testing, quality assurance, and report standardization.
  • Expertise in Power BI with a strong understanding of data modeling and report design best practices.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation.
  • Familiarity with DevOps principles to support streamlined development and deployment processes.
  • A detail-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on quality assurance, governance, and adherence to standards.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively lead training sessions and produce comprehensive documentation.
  • Proficient English skills, both written and verbal.

Advantages
