The client / the project

The Project is one of the key initiatives which requires additional support to enable data foundation
development. Buyer is outsourcing its data analysis activities related to the Project to support and
accelerate the data foundation development which will be technically executed by the Transformation
Enablement IT group. At a high-level, activities will encompass data profiling, exploration, analysis,
testing, documentation activities, data provisioning and solution/feature delivery performed on an ongoing
basis according to the overall project plan (under development).
As a Product Owner, you will be at the forefront of driving our data-centric products from conception to
launch to enable the data foundation development within the Project. You will collaborate with cross-
functional teams, including data engineers, data scientists, business analysts, and IT professionals, to
ensure our data solutions are aligned with our strategic goals and deliver real value to our users. Your
expertise in data product management will help us harness the power of big data, improve our decision-
making processes, and maintain our competitive edge in the market.

We are looking for a Technical Product Owner with hands on experience and strong strategic mindset to support creating a world where Healthcare has no limits.

Responsibilities

• PI Planning participation and preparation
• Play a significant role as an extended member of the Program team
• Participate in system demos
• Management of product and teams’ backlog
• Clarification and elaboration of user stories: help team with story definition and provide clarification
• Accept user stories – DoD
• Be flexible for adding enabler work to a sprint
• Participate in reviews/demos and retrospectives
• Stakeholder management
• Product Owner needs to learn the Customer’s real goals or problems with them (or envision something beyond their vision) and collect the information that will help her/him prioritize well.

Technologies / Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Proven 5+ year experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in a data-driven environment.
• Understanding data engineering concepts, tools, and technologies.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical details into business value and user-friendly language.
• Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in English, with excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
